After placing your order, please send me a photo of your pup (or pups!) — this will be the reference I use to create your custom portrait.

Here are some tips to help you choose the best photo:

1.  Pick one high-quality photo that you’d love to see transformed into felt — this will be the one I replicate.
2.  Natural light is key — it helps capture your dog’s true colors and soft textures.
3. Avoid harsh lighting — strong shadows or bright highlights can distort their features.
4. Choose a crisp, clear image — no blurriness, so I can see all the charming details.
5.  Eye-level shots work best — photos taken from your dog’s perspective feel more personal and lifelike.
6.  Skip professional photos unless you own the rights — I want to respect copyright and keep things cozy and ethical.

Each portrait is lovingly made to order, and current lead time is up to 14 days.

 

Approval & Shipping

Once your portrait is complete, I’ll send you a photo of the finished piece for your review. You’re welcome to request any small adjustments before it ships — I want to make sure it feels just right.

 

Please Note: Each portrait is thoughtfully handcrafted using your photo, making it one-of-a-kind. Because of this, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges.
