Ordering Guide

After placing your order, please send me a photo of your pup (or pups!) — this will be the reference I use to create your custom portrait.

Here are some tips to help you choose the best photo:

    •    High‑quality main photo — Choose at least one clear, well‑lit photo you’d love to see    transformed into felt.
    •    Natural light helps capture your dog’s true colors and soft textures.
    •    Avoid harsh lighting — strong shadows or bright highlights can distort their features.
    •    Choose a crisp, clear image — no blurriness, so I can see all the charming details.
    •    Eye‑level shots feel more personal and lifelike.
    •    Skip professional photos unless you own the rights — I want to respect copyright and keep things cozy and ethical.
    • If you're unsure which photo to choose, feel free to email a few options — I’m happy to help select the best one.

Each portrait is lovingly made to order, and current lead time is up to 14 days.

Optional Add‑Ons

Complimentary Name Tag Add‑On

If you’d like to include your dog’s real name tag in the portrait, I offer this meaningful add‑on at no extra cost.

How it works:

Email me after placing your order to let me know you’d like to include the tag.

I’ll reply with my studio mailing address.

Mail the tag while I’m sculpting your portrait (buyer covers small postage).

I’ll sew the tag on as the final detail — a little keepsake that stays close to their heart.

Optional Real Fur Add‑On (Coat‑Type Dependent)

If your dog is double‑coated, I can blend a small amount of their real fur directly into the wool. This creates a subtle, sentimental connection — a tiny piece of them woven into their portrait.

A few notes:

Works beautifully for double‑coated breeds (Great Pyrenees mixes, Huskies,    Shepherds, Pomeranians, etc.).

Not suitable for single‑coated or silky‑coated dogs — that hair type doesn’t bind well with wool.

Only a small amount of fur is needed.

You can mail the fur along with (or instead of) a name tag.

If you’re unsure about your dog’s coat type, feel free to email me — I’m happy to check.

Approval & Shipping

Once your portrait is complete, I’ll email you a photo of the finished piece for your review. You’re welcome to request any small adjustments before it ships — I want to make sure it feels just right.

Please Note

Each portrait is thoughtfully handcrafted using your photo, making it one‑of‑a‑kind. Because of this, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If you have any questions before ordering, I’m always happy to help — just reach out by email.
